After many years of service to St. John’s our School Cook, Pauline Bytheway is retiring at the end of this half term. Pauline has over seen the many improvements that have been made to the kitchen equipment and menus since we took control of the catering from the local authority a few years ago and has been instrumental in seeing the number of children who take a hot meal continue to rise.
I would like to place on record my thanks to Pauline for all her hard work and I know that her commitment will be greatly missed. We all wish her well in joining her two children in Australia in the months ahead and hope she has a wonderful time.
